Your Tasks

• You ensure the stable and reliable operation of the SAP SuccessFactors landscape, including the relevant modules
• You accompany technical and functional changes from planning through to handover into ongoing operations
• You coordinate a team of technically responsible Application Managers and ensure clear operational alignment
• You work closely with internal interfaces from development, operations, architecture, and project management
• You analyze disruptions, system behavior, and sources of errors and take on functional and application administration
• You process incidents and problems in a structured manner and contribute to sustainable solution finding
• You are responsible for tasks in user and system administration
• You drive ongoing optimizations of the platform together with the product manufacturer
• You maintain regular communication with the client and act as a competent interface between the business unit and technology
• You create added value for clients, colleagues, and the entire team through your technical expertise and strong communication skills

Your Profile

• You have a technical or business-related education, ideally with a focus on computer science, business informatics, or business administration, or bring comparable practical experience
• You have at least 3.5 years of relevant experience in 2nd level support, IT system operations, or working with HR systems
• You have experience with SAP systems and SAP SuccessFactors
• You have database knowledge or basic programming skills, which are an advantage
• You can quickly grasp and process complex technical and functional contexts
• You communicate very confidently in German, both orally and in writing
