What to expect:

• You will take on construction management for exciting railway construction projects
• You will independently manage projects or support the project management in railway infrastructure initiatives
• You will handle the organizational and commercial aspects of project execution
• You will monitor and control the services to be performed in terms of deadlines, costs, and quality
• You will maintain an overview of the construction contract, implement it, and take on tasks in contract management
• You will coordinate during the planning and tendering phases
• You will handle communication tasks within the project, organize the communication structure, and conduct meetings

• A completed technical education in construction (HTL, University of Applied Sciences, University)
• Several years of professional experience in the construction industry desired

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, and good IT skills

• Category B driving license

For this Construction Manager position, an annual gross salary starting from €70,000 is planned.
