Your Responsibilities:

• Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of employees, including capacity planning
• Responsibility for the continuous optimization of manufacturing processes in collaboration with adjacent functions and implementation of the Eaton Continuous Improvement System
• Integration of new technologies and production methods such as manipulators, cable assembly, waterjet cutting, ePlan, torque monitoring, and traceability
• Overall responsibility for manufacturing quality, including operator self-inspection, compliance with quality and management system requirements, and maintenance of bills of materials and work plans
• Ensuring cost and performance management of production in collaboration with production controlling, as well as technical support for project planning, service, and sales
• Implementation and monitoring of occupational safety, environmental, and compliance regulations

Your Profile:

• Completed technical education combined with at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• In-depth knowledge of the architecture and components of low-voltage switchgear
• Good knowledge of the IEC 61439 standard as well as project execution and implementation processes
• Experience with engineering tools such as EPLAN Electric P8 is an advantage
• Strong leadership skills combined with a structured, process- and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken

We offer performance-based and attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry. If all requirements are met, a gross annual salary of €75,000 is intended for this position. Depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible. Automatic increments and corresponding salary increases after 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 years are regulated in the collective agreement.
