Your Responsibilities:
- Development and optimization of a seamless manufacturing process for low-voltage switchgear from material preparation through assembly, wiring, testing to FAT, as well as the creation of scalable, industrial production concepts
- Creation and maintenance of work plans, standard operating procedures, process parameters, and assembly sequences, including the definition of standard times and ensuring shopfloor suitability
- Planning and designing efficient workstations and production lines with a focus on ergonomics, safety, and productivity
- Continuous improvement of processes by identifying and eliminating waste, bottlenecks, and non-value-adding activities, as well as leading Kaizen and CI initiatives
- Close collaboration with electrical and mechanical engineering to validate designs, provide feedback on series issues, and support changes and product launches
Your Profile:
- Completed technical degree in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
- 3 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering or a comparable role
- Experience in electromechanical assembly, switchgear or control cabinet construction, or with complex industrial products is an advantage
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ideally experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
- Proficient handling of technical drawings and bills of materials (BOMs), as well as experience with ERP systems, work plans, routings, and production systems
