Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic development of the FTL business segment in Austria with a focus on refrigerated transports (Reefer), curtain-sided vehicles/Tautliners, and conventional road transports
• Independent market penetration and development of sustainable customer relationships in the FMCG segment
• Active new customer acquisition and expansion of existing business relationships through modern, future-oriented sales approaches
• Design and implementation of customized transport solutions for national FTL transports within Austria
• Pricing and capacity management

Your Profile:

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales in the FTL/road transport sector
• In-depth market expertise in national transport flows within Austria
• Strong personal customer network in the Austrian transport market is an advantage, combined with the motivation to build something new
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and high personal drive
• Confident communication in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
