Your Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and expansion of the international B2B customer base, including companies in the concrete industry, brick manufacturers, building material traders, and coaters.
• Development of new markets and identification of growth opportunities in Europe.
• Sales and Consulting: Marketing of our diverse product range, including release agents, concrete admixtures, waterproofing systems, and coatings.
• Technical Support: Advising customers on the applications and benefits of our products.
• Representation of the company at international trade fairs and events.

Your Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of sales experience in the field of construction chemical products, ideally with a technical background.
• Customer Orientation: Strong negotiation skills and persuasive communication in the B2B sector.
• Language Skills: Fluent English, additional foreign languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility: High willingness to travel within Europe.
• Personality: Independent, structured work approach combined with team spirit and an innovative mindset.
