Your responsibilities:

• Sales & booking of tickets for national and international rail travel including additional services (up-/cross-selling);
• Service-oriented consultation;
• Presentation of offers/promotional materials in the travel agency;
• Handling customer requests/suggestions.

Your profile:

• Certified German language skills at least at B2 level;
• Very good English language skills;
• Willingness to relocate to various regions in Austria;
• Good PC skills;
• Well-groomed appearance, friendly and communicative demeanor;
• Clean criminal record;
• Willingness to work overtime.
