Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation, assistance/scrubbing in, and follow-up care for all surgical procedures in the fields of surgery, orthopedics, and traumatology
• Participation in the planning and organization of operating room operations
• Execution of electronic surgical documentation
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ensuring an optimal quality- and patient-oriented surgical workflow
• Willingness to perform night and weekend shifts

Requirements:

• Completed OTA training or DGKP training including specialized training for operating room nursing
• High sense of responsibility, interest in further training and professional development
• Commitment, communication skills, and team spirit
• Basic IT user skills
• Proficiency in German, both spoken and written (at least strong C1 level)
• Immunity to measles, mumps, rubella (MMR), varicella, and hepatitis prior to starting the position
