• Take on the leadership of the shop as "first among equals" and further develop your team with great commitment and know-how.
• Advise and inspire your team and customers with passion and be creative in your sales strategies.
• Conduct contract negotiations, closings, and modifications.
• Organize inventory management, from procurement to budgeting and achieving targets.

• Experience in dealing with people and leading employees.
• Optimism and enjoyment in interacting with customers, suppliers, and your team.
• Professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and flawless German both spoken and written.
• Passion and persuasiveness in customer conversations, consulting, and sales.
• Good technical understanding and interest in telecommunications products and new telecommunications solutions.
• Sense of responsibility and a role model function for the team in the shop.
