Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop an interdisciplinary team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, including task distribution, resource balancing, and mentoring of Junior Engineers
  • Ensure the on-time delivery of circuit diagrams, mechanical designs, and complete EBOM packages, as well as punctual IFC release according to project milestones
  • Establish and maintain standards, design templates, and reusable modules, as well as increase engineering efficiency through modularization, reuse, and digital tools

  • Proven experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of LVSA architecture, components, system design, and manufacturing constraints
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, structured and process-oriented way of working
  • High level of personal responsibility as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

We offer performance-based and attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry.
