Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop an interdisciplinary team of Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, including task distribution, resource balancing, and mentoring of Junior Engineers
• Ensure the on-time delivery of circuit diagrams, mechanical designs, and complete EBOM packages, as well as punctual IFC release according to project milestones
• Establish and maintain standards, design templates, and reusable modules, as well as increase engineering efficiency through modularization, reuse, and digital tools
• Foster close cross-functional collaboration with Project Management, Work Preparation, Manufacturing Engineering, Production, and Test to ensure smooth implementation and problem-solving
• Manage engineering changes (ECR/ECO), maintain controlled updates of drawings and bills of materials, and continuously improve design quality, manufacturability, and processes

Your Profile:

• Completed technical degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering
• 5 years of professional experience in the development of low-voltage switchgear, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
• Proven experience in the technical and disciplinary leadership of engineering teams
• Strong understanding of LVSA architecture, components, system design, and manufacturing constraints
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, structured and process-oriented way of working
• High level of personal responsibility as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

We offer performance-based and attractive remuneration according to the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry. If all requirements are met, a gross annual salary of €75,000 is intended for this position. Depending on qualifications and experience, an overpayment is possible. Automatic salary advancements and corresponding wage increases after 2 / 4 / 7 / 10 years are regulated in the collective agreement.
