Your Responsibilities:

• Independent leadership and management of projects in an industrial environment
• Leadership and coordination of an interdisciplinary project team
• Planning, organization, and monitoring of all project phases
• Ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and budget requirements
• Central interface between clients, technical teams, and internal departments
• Ongoing project controlling, including reporting and presentation creation
• Monitoring project progress and early identification of risks
• Deriving and implementing appropriate measures in case of deviations
• Active involvement in process optimizations and digital solutions
• Organization and execution of pre-acceptance, handover, and final acceptance procedures

Your Profile:

• Completed higher technical education (HTL, FH, TU), e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or automation technology
• Several years of experience in project management in an industrial environment (min. 5 years)
• Initial or solid leadership experience is an advantage
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and structured way of working
• High level of personal responsibility and solution-oriented approach
• Strong cost awareness and decisiveness
• Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and leadership qualities
