What can you expect?

• Independent management of condominium properties
• Leadership of employees in a four-person management team
• Point of contact for owners and professionals
• Organization and handling of maintenance measures, insurance and damage cases, as well as warranty processing
• Preparation and holding of owners' meetings, as well as drafting meeting minutes
• Litigation support and correspondence with lawyers
• Advising owners with the goal of economic optimization and increasing the property's value
• Regular property inspections
• Participation in improvements to the company's internal quality management

What do you bring to the table?

• Certification (real estate management) or relevant degree with at least 3 years of professional experience in condominium law (WEG/MRG)
• Extensive knowledge of legal foundations (WEG, MRG, ABGB)
• Ideally, initial leadership experience
• Excellent communication skills, confident and competent demeanor
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action
• Service and solution-oriented approach
• Very good IT and MS Office skills
• Commitment and flexibility
