Main Responsibilities:

• Design, implementation, and operation of IAM solutions in hybrid environments (On-Prem & Cloud), consulting, implementation, and further development of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) as well as Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Development of role-based access concepts (RBAC) in Microsoft environments and design of hybrid identity architectures, e.g., with Microsoft AD and Entra Connect
• Implementation of SSO and Conditional Access according to modern standards (SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect)
• Planning and automation of Identity Lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver) including provisioning/de-provisioning
• Administration of IAM/IGA systems, 2nd- and 3rd-level support for authentication and directory service issues
• Internal collaboration with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams as well as consulting stakeholders
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and architecture concepts

Requirements:

• A completed IT education (IT apprenticeship, HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) is mandatory (!!!)
• Several years of experience in IAM, solid knowledge of hybrid identity architectures (Microsoft Active Directory, Entra Connect)
• Experience with SSO, Federation, and authentication protocols, experience with IGA applications (SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, One Identity, MS Entra ID, Okta, Tenfold, or similar)
• Scripting skills (PowerShell, JavaScript/Groovy, REST-API, SQL), knowledge of Azure MFA, Azure AD and MS Directory, Microsoft certifications, and knowledge of network and web technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, REST)
• Project experience in rollout and implementation projects
• Fluent German (C2) and good English (C1) skills
• High level of initiative and responsibility in security-critical environments, strong analytical problem-solving skills, teamwork, communication skills (especially in consulting!), customer orientation, and independent, goal-oriented work approach
