In this key role, you will actively shape the technological future of modern extrusion systems:

• Development and programming of machine controls and user interfaces with Visual Studio/C#
• Application, further development, and integration of Machine Learning / LLM solutions in industrial machine environments
• PLC programming in C/C++ (ideally with knowledge of B&R controls)
• Independent project execution in close cross-location collaboration
• Technical support for internal teams and competent customer service for control technology topics

Your Profile | What Sets You Apart

You bring not only technical depth but also the right attitude for a role with growing responsibility:

• Completed technical education
  (HTL or degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechatronics/Software Engineering)
• At least 5 years of practical experience in automation, control technology, or industrial software development
• Solid knowledge of control engineering; simulation experience is an advantage
• Curiosity, courage, and enthusiasm for new technologies such as ML/LLM
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with an eye for technical interrelationships
• Proactive mindset, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills, team orientation, and enjoyment of knowledge sharing
• Excellent German and English skills for collaboration with internal and external partners
• Mobility for customer appointments (Class B driver's license)

Our client offers fair, transparent, and performance-oriented compensation. The actual salary will be based on your education, qualifications, and professional experience. Depending on your individual profile, an attractive, market-compliant salary with a clear willingness to pay above the standard is offered (the collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 47,546.94 gross per year).
