We are looking for a dedicated individual for the Application Management SAP SuccessFactors area who wants to actively shape both the ongoing operations and the further development of existing solutions.

Your Tasks

• You ensure the stable operation and continuous optimization of various SAP SuccessFactors modules
• You work closely with internal interfaces such as development, operations, architecture, quality assurance, project management, and business units
• You handle incidents and support the sustainable analysis and resolution of problems
• You contribute to the gathering, refinement, and coordination of new requirements
• You accompany the rollouts of existing modules and the introduction of new solutions in the SuccessFactors environment
• You maintain regular communication with customers and ensure service-oriented support
• You keep your SAP knowledge up to date and bring new ideas to the team

Your Profile

• Completed technical or business education, ideally with a focus on computer science, business informatics, or business administration, or comparable professional experience
• Several years of relevant experience in working with and configuring SAP SuccessFactors or related SAP systems
• Initial knowledge of SAP HCM is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
• High willingness to learn and interest in new technologies and system landscapes
• Team orientation, customer focus, and a structured and communicative way of working
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
