Your Responsibilities

• You continuously develop central applications in SAP personnel management
• You implement requirements from business units and organizational units in public administration through programming, customizing, and process-oriented consulting
• You work on projects of various sizes and contribute to the technical and professional further development of existing solutions
• You support the conception and optimization of modern SAP HCM processes, including in interaction with SAP Fiori and SAP SuccessFactors
• You analyze error patterns, accompany sustainable solution approaches, and provide support in 3rd-level support
• You bring your expertise to the management of long-term customer relationships and the further development of service-oriented solutions

Your Profile

• Completed IT education, such as HTL, university of applied sciences, or university, or a comparable educational background
• Several years of relevant professional experience in the development of SAP HCM solutions, particularly in the components Learning Solution, PA, and OM
• Good knowledge of SAP development with a focus on ABAP and ideally also SAP UI5
• Initial experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or with integrations of other SuccessFactors modules is an advantage
• A confident demeanor and a high level of service and customer orientation
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
