Your Responsibilities

• Structural calculations for buildings, civil engineering, industrial, and infrastructure projects with a focus on concrete construction
• Structural modeling and FEM-supported internal force calculations
• Design of components with fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) reinforcements according to regulations or relevant technical literature
• Reinforcement planning based on advanced robotic or automated reinforcement technologies
• Participation in research and development of innovative basalt-reinforced concrete components
• Representation of the company as a competent contact person
• Collaboration in committees and working groups as well as in cooperation with TU Wien/Graz
• Internal project management

Your Qualifications

• Civil engineering degree (university or university of applied sciences) or comparable training as a structural engineer
• In-depth knowledge of structural analysis software and FE analysis programs (ANSYS, Abaqus, RFEM, Sofistik or similar); programming skills are an advantage
• Several years of professional experience as a structural engineer in the EU and knowledge of European standards
• Solid experience in project management and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Precise, independent, and structured work style
• Teamwork skills and enthusiasm for new ideas
• Location flexibility, workplace in Leoben or Vienna

Our Client's Offer

• If all requirements are met, the annual gross salary amounts to € 80,000 p.a.; higher remuneration is possible depending on qualifications
• Further development of the position into a leadership role
• After the onboarding period, one day of home office per week
