Your profile (Must-have):

• Completed education in the field of marketing/communication/media or similar
• At least 2 years of experience in social media/online marketing with a focus on performance marketing
• Practical experience with Meta Business Manager (campaigns/ads) and Google Ads
• Website/CMS know-how and willingness to upload content
• Analytical understanding and routine in interpreting KPIs
• German language skills at native level

Your profile (Nice-to-have):

• Experience with Canva and/or Adobe (PS/AI/PR) for simple creatives
• Experience with tracking/analytics (e.g., GA4, Pixel/Conversion events) – depending on setup

You can expect the following key tasks:

• Management and further development of our social media channels (editorial planning, posting, community logic)
• Planning, implementation, and ongoing optimization of performance campaigns via Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Analysis of reach, engagement, and performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) including derivation of specific measures
• Maintenance and updating of content and product pages in the webshop/CMS (texts, images, basic SEO according to guidelines)
• Development and implementation of creative content ideas (static, video/shorts, story formats)
• Interface with external partners and, if necessary, agencies (briefings, coordination, quality control)
