Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual financial statements for holding companies and professional leadership of the Finance & Accounting department (current leadership experience: 3 FTE)
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to UGB & IFRS, including ensuring accurate reporting to Group & HQ
• Analysis of financial data and variances for a turnover of approximately €100 million, as well as transparent communication to management
• Leading and accompanying internal and external audits in a multinational corporate environment
• Establishing and maintaining effective internal controls as well as continuously improving data quality through process digitalization
• Preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and cash reports to ensure liquidity
• Supporting the CFO in cash management, banking activities, and global projects
• Participation in international finance projects, particularly in BI implementation and reporting automation
• Managing financial and project accounting as well as monitoring invested assets

Your Profile

• Approximately 8 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, including over 5 years in senior controlling roles within a multinational distribution company
• In-depth knowledge of audit processes, budget planning, IFRS reporting, and strategic financial controlling
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical and strategic thinking combined with a proactive hands-on mentality in process optimization
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Proficient use of common accounting systems and expertise in implementing reporting automation (BI tools)
• High integrity, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills with Group stakeholders
