• Correspondence with customers, insurers, and partners
• Contract and claims processing; administration
• Insurance-related review of offers and claims
• Database management and derived reporting
• Independent and proactive customer support and consulting

YOUR PROFILE:

• Completed commercial training
• Professional experience in the insurance sector (insurers, brokers, agencies)
• Excellent German skills, good English skills
• Proficient use of MS Office
• Independent and precise work style, as well as high customer orientation

This position is advertised with an annual gross salary of EUR 42,000 (based on full-time employment; 38.5 hours per week).
