Your Responsibilities

• Professional and disciplinary leadership of a team (approx. 11 employees)
• Organisation and optimisation of billing processes (operating costs, heating costs, etc.)
• Preparation and control of operating cost, heating cost and annual statements
• Calculation of operating costs
• Handling customer inquiries
• Contact person for auditors and authorities
• Collaboration on projects in property management
• Participation in court hearings and mediation bodies

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training (commercial college, university of applied sciences, university or equivalent)
• 5–10 years of professional experience in the real estate or property management sector
• Several years of leadership experience
• Excellent knowledge of operating cost accounting
• Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel)
• Ideally, knowledge of the Non-Profit Housing Act (WGG) and Domizil+
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong communication and team skills
