Your area of responsibility:

• You further develop the central SAP-PM system and work on new functions as well as system expansions
• You implement requirements technically and contribute your expertise in SAP payroll
• You work on large and smaller projects and accompany them throughout the entire process – from conception to rollout
• You support and promote junior SAP consultants in their professional and personal development
• You ensure stable system operation, implement system-related enhancements, and provide 3rd-level support
• You maintain ongoing communication with clients, gather requirements, and implement them through customizing and programming

What you bring to the table:

• You have completed IT training (e.g., IT-HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) and have at least 7 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant
• You have completed training in payroll accounting or have comparable professional experience in this field
• You have extensive knowledge of SAP HCM PY (payroll)
• Additional experience with other SAP HCM modules is a plus
• You have very good knowledge of SQL and ABAP (or comparable programming languages)
• You can quickly grasp and understand complex IT and administrative processes
• You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by a high level of customer orientation
• Your German language skills are excellent in both written and spoken form
