Your Mission: You will take responsibility for expanding a clearly defined sales territory in the Salzburg region. This involves acquiring new merchant customers from sectors like hospitality, hotels, retail, and services, presenting modern payment solutions (terminals, software, and services), and developing existing customers through suitable add-ons and expansions.

Your Tasks

• Active new customer acquisition via phone, in-person cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Scheduling and conducting customer appointments to present products and services
• Expanding existing customers through up- & cross-selling (hardware, software, professional services)
• Needs analysis, handling objections, and solution-oriented consulting
• Clear demonstration of the solution (laptop/terminal) and a compelling value proposition
• Qualifying opportunities and structured pipeline management
• Diligent CRM maintenance, forecasting, and reporting
• Continuous development of product and market knowledge

What You Bring

• Hunter mindset, high self-motivation, and measurable sales drive
• Experience in field sales, ideally door-to-door or comparable
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Structure, pace, and discipline in territory management
• CRM experience and confident use of laptops and smartphones
• Category B driver’s license and high willingness to travel within the region
• Languages: German and English
