• Friendly, open, and communicative personality
• Enjoyment of phone communication and interacting with people
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Reliable and structured way of working
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ongoing studies (ideally with a business background) or sales experience
• High motivation and willingness to learn
