• Leading the external and internal sales teams at various locations in Austria
• Developing new customer business together with the teams
• Active contact with major customers
• Actively driving reporting processes and digitalization processes
• Cross-country collaboration (within Europe)

Your qualification profile

• Completed commercial or technical education
• Experience in team leadership and team building
• Proficiency in active customer communication
• Experience with the implementation or further development of digitalization processes
• Active motivator and source of inspiration
• English language skills
• Willingness to travel (primarily within Austria)
