Responsibilities:

• Servicing, maintenance, and repair of highly specialized medical devices
• Troubleshooting
• Contact person for medical staff regarding the devices
• Comprehensive documentation of service orders
• On-call duties, substitutions in other regions of Austria

Profile:

• Completed technical vocational training in electronics (apprenticeship, HTL, FH)
• Initial professional experience as a service technician, ideally in medical technology
• German and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Proactive customer orientation and communication skills
• High resilience, reliability, and flexibility
• Self-responsibility, solution-oriented approach, and strong interest in cutting-edge technology
• Driving license Class B
