Your Daily Work

In this role, you will be an important part of our sales team and actively contribute to expanding our customer relationships:

• You will independently acquire new B2B customers in the DACH region
• You will work closely with our dedicated sales team and key account managers
• You will present ISG’s range of services and products convincingly and professionally
• You will identify the needs of your contacts and develop suitable solutions
• You will gradually build your own lead base and continuously develop it further
• You will research potential customers and keep our database up to date

What You Bring

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Students as well as career changers and re-entrants are explicitly welcome
• Initial experience in sales is an advantage – but your enthusiasm for contacting new customers is what counts
• Very good German and good English skills
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented way of working
• High level of initiative and strong communication skills
• Team spirit, openness, and a convincing, friendly demeanor
