Your Responsibilities

• Preparation of annual financial statements for holding companies and professional leadership of the Finance & Accounting department
• Responsibility for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including ensuring accurate reporting
• Analysis of financial data and variances, as well as transparent communication to management
• Leadership and support for internal and external audits
• Establishment and maintenance of effective internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
• Preparation of the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and cash reports
• Supporting the CFO in cash management, banking activities, and global projects
• Involvement in international finance projects, e.g., developing uniform accounting policies and collaborating with audit and finance committees
• Management of financial and project accounting, as well as monitoring invested assets

Your Profile

• 7–10 years of experience in Accounting & Finance, including at least 5 years in controlling at a multinational production or distribution company
• In-depth knowledge of audit processes, budget planning, reporting, and financial controlling
• Excellent German and English skills
• Analytical and strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
• Proficiency in common accounting and reporting systems
• High integrity, sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
