This is how you convince us...

• You have a completed degree (Health Informatics, Health Management, Business Informatics, Digital Transformation, or similar)
• You bring several years of project experience, particularly in IT projects within healthcare facilities; experience in optimizing organizational structure and processes, as well as KPI-based management of healthcare institutions, is desirable
• You can demonstrate success as a project manager or consultant in a consulting firm or as a project manager in a line function, or you are a career changer from a hospital administration software company
• You have repeatedly proven your conceptual and analytical skills as well as your strong problem-solving abilities
• You are capable of actively identifying and leveraging optimization potential
• Ideally, you already have experience in the healthcare sector or a clear motivation to work in this field
• A hands-on mentality, effective work methods, solution orientation, confident demeanor, and strong communication skills, including excellent presentation and moderation abilities, round off your profile
