Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial education with a high school diploma, e.g., HAK or HBLA
• 1-3 years of experience in accounting - preferably in tax consultancy or real estate accounting
• Accounting is your passion
• Independent, discreet, and reliable work with flexible time management
• Very good BMD NTCS knowledge as well as English skills
• Proficient use of MS-Office

Your Tasks:

• You independently handle ongoing accounting and conduct monthly checks for Austrian and international clients.
• Your responsibilities include reviewing and assigning accounting codes to documents, posting business transactions, as well as the monthly VAT advance return. Additionally, you contribute your expertise to the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and the (draft) balance sheet.
• You maintain regular contact with people: coordinating within your team and communicating with clients, offices, and authorities.
• Submissions to Statistics Austria and the OeNB, as well as evaluations and reports, complete your range of tasks.
