What to expect:

Independent and comprehensive handling of pipeline engineering projects - from concept to commissioning within the given time and budget constraints
Leading a design team in 3D plant planning
Responsibility for reporting, quality control, and interface management
Creation and review of pipeline plans, isometrics, material lists, pipe classes, component specifications, and installation specifications
Material management including comparison of offers and technical order processing
Site supervision and commissioning support

Your qualifications:

• Completed education in mechanical engineering or process engineering
• Several years of professional experience in planning and construction supervision (e.g., in the oil & gas industry or process industry)
• International project experience
• Initial experience in leading project teams is an advantage
• Experience in 3D plant planning - especially with database-based planning tools such as Aveva E3D (PDMS) or Intergraph Smartplant
• Advanced user knowledge of AutoPipe and/or Rohr2 software as well as Mathcad
• Knowledge of common standards and norms
• Strong competence in solving technically complex tasks
• Good command of German and English

The advertised position offers a minimum gross salary of €62,000 p.a. according to the collective agreement for employees in information and consulting, with a willingness to pay more depending on professional experience and qualifications.
