• Independent and responsible handling of medium to large-scale construction projects
• Planning and execution of construction measures, including site inspections
• Regular communication and coordination with group or division management on all essential technical and personnel-related tasks or issues
• Preparation of the construction project's work calculation
• Preparation of quotations and construction schedules
• Cost-effective and timely procurement of required equipment, machinery, and materials
• Coordination of the deployment of specialist engineers, consultants, personnel, and subcontractors
• Monitoring of construction progress and conducting site performance reviews

What you should bring:

• Completed technical education (HTL-Building Construction, technical college, or TU - Civil Engineering)
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a construction manager on various construction projects
• Proficient IT skills (MS-Office, calculation software)
• Team player abilities
• Positive, customer-oriented attitude
• Focus on economic success
