What we expect from you:

• Overall responsibility for the business: organization, management, and control of all commercial and operational processes
• Staff leadership: leading and motivating our team of approximately 20–25 employees in the warehouse, on construction sites, and in the office
• Procurement and materials management: organization, sourcing, and monitoring of material flow
• Construction site coordination: ensuring smooth operations as well as adherence to quality standards, regulations, and deadlines
• Sales and costing: supporting the sales team with quotations and pricing
• Representation: you will represent our company externally with commitment and stand for quality and reliability

What you should bring:

• Completed apprenticeship as a painter and coating technician.
• Several years of practical experience on construction sites as well as in leading teams, departments, or projects
• Willingness to develop yourself long-term, e.g., by obtaining a master craftsman's certificate.
• Solid expertise in interior and exterior painting as well as basic knowledge of facade design.
• A friendly and professional manner when dealing with customers, architects, clients, and team members.
• Enjoyment in successfully leading a team with commitment and respect.
• Basic IT skills and a Class B driver's license.
• Very good knowledge of German.
