Your responsibilities as an entrepreneur:

• Independent management of the store with high-quality standards
  (purchasing, sales, store design, etc.) as a self-employed entrepreneur
• Leading, motivating, and developing the team with the goal of strong customer and service orientation
• Implementation of specific customer promotions and regional advertising campaigns
• Integration into the community to position the store as a popular grocery destination in the city/region
• Close collaboration and partnership-based coordination with the wholesale partner regarding logistics, store equipment, marketing materials, system usage, etc.

Your compelling profile:

• Successfully completed commercial or hospitality training
• Experience in grocery retail (e.g., as a department/store manager) or in hospitality/hotel industry (e.g., as a chef)
• Entrepreneurial mindset, affinity for numbers, and passion for self-employment
• Enthusiasm for grocery retail, including fresh products
• Exceptional customer and service orientation | Enjoyment in dealing with people
• Independent work style | Strong prioritization and organizational skills | Hands-on mentality
• Confident demeanor with leadership competence (several years of leadership experience preferred)
