• Consulting & Support: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and candidates to understand their individual needs and offer tailored consulting solutions
• Acquisition & Networking: Actively searching for and acquiring new clients as well as expanding existing partnerships through targeted marketing and sales measures
• Recruiting: Conducting the entire recruiting process – from creating job profiles and publications to candidate searches, interviews, and contract negotiations
• Market Analysis: Identifying current market trends and developing new business fields within the personnel industry
• Self-Management: Independently organizing and optimizing your daily business in line with the standards and guidelines of our franchise system

Profile:

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in personnel consulting or HR is an advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
• Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as a keen sense for people and their potential.
• Entrepreneurial Thinking: High self-motivation, goal-oriented work, and a strong service orientation characterize you.
• Motivation: Passion for the personnel industry and the desire to write success stories within a proven franchise system.
