Your responsibilities:

• Planning of building services systems in hospitals, retirement homes, schools, office buildings, residential buildings, etc.
• Independent project management – from concept to acceptance
• Technical and commercial responsibility for projects
• Construction supervision and client consulting
• Collaboration and communication with clients, architects, planners, and contractors

Your qualifications:

• Completed technical education in building services (university of applied sciences, technical college)
• Several years of experience in HVAC&R, including at least three years as a project manager
• Good CAD and MS Office skills
• Communication and teamwork abilities
• Performance- and solution-oriented thinking
• Commercial understanding and flexibility
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Category B driving license

For this exciting position, an annual gross salary of at least €48,000 is offered,
with a willingness to pay more depending on qualifications and professional experience.
