Job Description

- Increasing responsibility for the glass construction sector at the Bregenz location
- Leadership, development, and motivation of the team in the technical office
- Management and monitoring of challenging glass construction projects (facades, roofs, interior glazing)
- Responsibility for planning, technical implementation, resource, and schedule management
- Economic project responsibility including calculation, budget, and cost control
- Technical clarification with customers, architects, suppliers, and internal specialist departments
- Optimization of processes and further development of the business area
- Close coordination with management and other company divisions

Requirements

- Completed technical education (e.g., HTL, master craftsman, degree in construction, wood, metal, or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in the construction or glass construction environment, ideally with leadership responsibility
- Technical and economic understanding
- Structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication skills and leadership competence
- Proficiency in IT applications and CAD knowledge essential
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment of challenges
