Your Responsibilities - Providing 1st and 2nd level support as well as analyzing and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software - Administering and continuously improving client security, security updates, user permissions, and IT security policies - Administering and optimizing Microsoft 365 services - Automating administrative routine tasks in the Modern Workplace - Creating, rolling out, and managing software packages for automated software distribution as well as controlling the entire application lifecycle - Installing, configuring, and supporting Linux clients, including update management and automation

Requirements

- Completed education (e.g., apprenticeship, technical college, HTL) and further training in IT
- Several years of experience in IT system administration or IT support - Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Intune, and Microsoft operating systems - Experience with security tools as well as incident and change management - Linux knowledge (Ubuntu) desirable - Communicative and team-oriented - Structured and independent - Excellent German and good English skills
