Job Description

- You actively shape international rollouts, release changes, and system updates for the MS Dynamics 365 CRM system (Dataverse customizing, plugins, JavaScript).
- You develop and document well-thought-out solution concepts and technical designs.
- You maintain existing interfaces, further develop them, and implement new integrations.
- You thoroughly test the solutions you create and support their operation in day-to-day business.

Requirements

- You have a solid IT education (HTL, university of applied sciences, or university) and at least two years of professional experience.
- You have comprehensive knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM (especially in the Sales, Customer Service, and Customer Insights modules) as well as the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) and software development with .NET C#, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Ideally, you also have experience with MS Power BI, Azure DevOps, and React.
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and with a service-oriented approach.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
