Construction & Project Management (Building Construction) (m/f/d)

Our client in the Vorarlberg Unterland region is an established architecture firm in Vorarlberg that accompanies demanding building construction projects through all project phases. In this position, you will take on a central role in the execution and coordination of construction projects.

Responsibilities

- Management and coordination of building construction projects
- Coordination with clients, specialist planners, and executing companies
- Involvement in tendering, awarding contracts, and project execution
- Schedule, cost, and quality control
- Supervision of implementation and ongoing project coordination

Requirements

- Completed technical education in construction (HTL, university of applied sciences, university, or equivalent)
- Experience in building construction (planning, construction management, or project execution)
- Structured and independent work approach
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent
- Interest in a versatile role in the project environment
