WHAT AWAITS YOU
- You support the maintenance and continuous development of our ERP environment within the Künz Group and actively contribute to shaping our digital processes.
- You analyze and optimize existing business processes and implement new system functions to make our operations sustainably more efficient.
- You take on (partial) project management in process optimization and digitalization projects and work closely with various departments.
- You conduct user training and ensure that all ERP landscape documentation is always up-to-date and easy to understand.
- You analyze disruptions, resolve errors, and are responsible for 2nd level support to ensure stable and smooth system operations.

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING
- You have completed IT training or a comparable qualification, as well as professional experience in maintaining ERP systems – ideally in a production environment.
- You possess in-depth ERP knowledge, particularly in operations, customizing, and working with databases.
- You impress with analytical and conceptual thinking, strong problem-solving skills, as well as communication and teamwork abilities.
- You have already gained experience in leading projects within the ERP environment.
- Excellent English skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.

We are subject to the collective bargaining agreement (CBA) for the machinery and metal goods industry. Your remuneration will certainly be above the CBA rate, depending on your qualifications and professional experience.
