International competition for qualified professionals is steadily increasing, presenting many companies with new challenges. At the HR Inside Summit 2026, ABA – WORK in AUSTRIA will demonstrate how Austrian employers can successfully attract international talent and what conditions must be met to ensure successful recruitment and employment.
During the workshop, participants will gain a practical overview of the entire international recruitment process, from identifying and attracting suitable candidates to navigating the immigration procedure and successfully onboarding new employees. Particular attention is given to the key milestones of the immigration process as well as questions relating to the Red-White-Red Card.
This event is aimed at HR managers, recruiters, HR professionals, and CHROs who wish to take their recruiting strategy global or further develop existing initiatives.
