International competition for qualified professionals is steadily increasing, presenting many companies with new challenges. At the HR Inside Summit 2026, ABA – WORK in AUSTRIA will demonstrate how Austrian employers can successfully attract international talent and what conditions must be met to ensure successful recruitment and employment.

In our workshop, participants will gain a practical overview of the entire process of recruiting international professionals—from reaching out to suitable candidates, through entry requirements and labor law provisions, to successful onboarding within the company. Special attention is given to the most common challenges in the immigration process as well as to proven, practical solutions.
