Water & Energy Specialist (m/f/d)

As the Energy & Water specialist, you will be responsible for building up expertise in the competence area of energy and water. As such, you will play a vital role in evaluating and assessing technology trends and concepts to determine how these could be implemented successfully within the group. Your Responsibilities

• Locate, define and evaluate cost-saving and efficiency potentials in energy and water
• Act as a technical contact person for all plants concerning the competence area of energy and water
• Lead and/or support projects within the BOE-MPE (Business & Operational Excellence-Manufacturing Process Excellence) team (including green or brownfield projects, and Best Practice projects)
• Maintain and further develop the BOE-MPE roadmap in cooperation with BOE-MPE competence areas
• Life Cycle Assessment introduction and implementation for the competence area of energy and water, and evaluate manufacturing equipment along the life cycle
• Documentation and project tracking

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a University or Advanced Technical College (e.g.Chemistry, Process Technology, Water Management, Environmental Engineering ..)
• Minimum 3 years experience in energy & water projects
• Good knowledge in the areas of facility and energy management, knowledge of water and recycling technologies
• Experience in a production company preferably
• Knowledge of project development, data management, and project evaluation
• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for working in an enriching intercultural environment
• Excellent English and/or German skills
