International Recruiter - HR Consultant
Your responsibilities:- Create and post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media
- Use recruiting software to keep track of potential candidates
- Comprehensive search and selection of applicants
- Conduct first interviews with candidatess
- Be in touch with client and conduct briefings to analyze their needs and expectations
- Fluent in German and English
- Good communicator with time management skills
- Positive, motivated and open-minded attitude
- Capable to understand complex issues and procedures
- Several years of work experience (no recruitment background required)
- Flexible working hours

- Fixed salary between €35.000 and €45.000
- Uncapped commission, and favorable performance-based bonus scheme
