Our client is one of the largest European technology groups operating in the field of railway infrastructure and industrial systems. The company is actively participating in international projects devoted to sustainability and digital transformation of rails.

To complement their international team in Austria we are looking for a:

Senior Software Engineer - Railway Sector

Your Responsibilities

• Design optimal technical solutions using skills of C# programming
• Participate in software development projects within railway sector
• Help with the modeling and optimization of databases
• Use modern container and cluster technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
• Be a part of the team working in Agile environment
• Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement in the team and company

The profile:

• Strong expertise in .NET/C#
• 5+ years of work experience as a Software Engineer or a similar role
• Team and solution-oriented work, experience of working within Agile environment
• Experience in projects related to railway infrastructure area
• Enthusiasm for new technologies, ability to proactively and independently shape products & customer solutions
• English: C1 level
