INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST (m/f/d)

Your contribution will be

• Developing and implementing an internal communication concept for FOUR PAWS colleagues worldwide according to the organisation’s overall strategy
• Facilitating and executing all internal communication measures on different internal communication channels, ensuring one voice communication on online and offline channels
• Creating content in cooperation with the various FOUR PAWS departments and entities
• Establishing an editor's-network of dedicated internal communication partners in the organisation
• Composing linguistically adequate texts, editorial articles and visually appealing presentations
• Being responsible of the continuous optimization of the FOUR PAWS intranet with the objective of increasing the number of users
• Measuring and reporting on the usage of internal communication tools through analytics and other methods
• Organizing and facilitating internal events
• Contributing to the cascade of essential information to all levels at FOUR PAWS
• Creating and launching new internal communication formats and products
• Following trends and best practices in internal communication

Your profile ideally illustrates

• Successfully completed studies with a focus on communications, public relations or a comparable education
• Several years of professional experience in internal corporate communications, facilitating editing teams and in the maintenance of an intranet
• Experience in curating communication measures for a diverse range of internal stakeholders like office-based staff, non-office based staff, management communication, board communication
• Background in developing new internal communication formats and channels
• Experience in managing internal comms projects
• Proven excellent knowledge in the conception and creation of texts for different target groups,
• Very good linguistic and stylistic skills in spoken and written German and English
• Basic picture editing skills are a plus
• Ability to work proactively and independently with joy to work within a team
• Great affinity to animal welfare and FOUR PAWS vision and mission
