Your Responsibilities

• Drive and support all business and operational excellence activities in the defined areas of responsibility
• Ensure the implementation of a continuous improvement process and the operational excellence tools according to AT&S standards
• Support local activities in the field of operational excellence 
• Conduct lighthouse projects
• Initiate continuous improvement projects
• Develop and conduct lean management training courses

Your Profile

• BA or MA in a related field (e.g., Industrial Management)
• 5+ years of experience as an Operational Excellence Manager (Lean Senior Expert)
• 3+ years of experience in the PCB, semiconductor or comparable electronic industry
• Strong competences in Policy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri), Value Stream Management and Shop Floor Management 
• Project management skills and good knowledge of engineering methods
• High level presentation and moderation skills, as well as didactic, train-the-trainer knowledge
• Willingness to travel and to work in an international team
• Full written and oral English proficiency
