Business Unit Strategy Manager (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of BL Strategy, Applications, market intelligence, innovation strategy, TRM and Innovation Programs with overall AT&S strategy, lead/support selected innovation programs
- Perform and consolidate strategic analysis (SWOT; 5 forces, competitive advantage, market and technology trends, scenario planning etc.)
- Continuously maintain the AT&S integrated strategy process (ISP) and toolkits in alignment with Group Strategy
- Elaborate strategy presentations and strategy papers, strategy documentation, support strategy communication (internal and external)
- Support, organise and manage program portfolio management in context of strategy implementation with Group leader
- Lead specific strategic programs and projects (delegated by BoM)
Your Profile
- Master degree with technical and economical focus, preferable from university of technology ideally with focus on electronics
- 5+ years of experience in either a strategy department or a strategy consulting company, experience in high-tech electronics industry preferable
- Well-grounded knowledge in strategy development (strategy process, methodologies, toolkits etc.)
- Proven track record in facilitating strategy development, alignment and strategic planning processes and workshops
- Experience in working with top management and senior leadership teams (preferable in the electronics industry)
- Basic knowledge in scenarion planning, modelling and simulation
- Strong program-/project management skills
- Strong analytical and conceptional competences with a strategic mindset
- Strong facilitation and moderation skills
- Analytical and structured way of working and problem solving
- Proactive solution-oriented team-player with strong communiation and interpersonal skills
- Highly stress resistant and be able to work under pressure
