Your tasks

• 1st, 2nd & 3rd level support in the office and OT area at our industrial customers. For example, in tasks related to servers, virtualization, network technology and much more.
• User and authorization management with Microsoft Active Directory
• Client PC installations, updates and patch management
• Support of mobile devices (MDM)
• Interface to external partners (customers / suppliers)
• Collaboration in IT and organizational projects in an international system landscape

• Completed IT education
• Professional experience in 2nd/3rd level support as IT all-rounder or systems engineer expected
• Know-how in Windows 2012 / 2016 / 2019 Server and Windows 7 / 10 Client environments
• Good knowledge of common operating systems (Windows & Linux)
• Knowledge in virtualization technologies (VMware) and network technology (switches, firewalls)
• Polite, confident and competent appearance towards customers
• Independent, responsible and customer-oriented work style
• Very good knowledge of German and/or English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to travel (up to 25%)
• Driving license class B

• The minimum salary for this position (full-time position - 38.5h week) is €2,500. Depending on education and experience, an overpayment in line with the market is of course possible.
