Job Responsibilities
- Creation of customer facing technical documents such as procedures and manuals
- Maintain existing procedures and manuals to ensure availability of latest version
- General technical publications activities - taking and editing photographs, maintaining CMS database
- Collaboration with engineering personnel (mechanical, fluid, electrical and software) to gather information for the creation of technical content
Qualifications
- Technical qualification - degree in a technical discipline or technical communication
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Excellent IT knowledge, especially MS Windows and MS Office with focus on MS Word
- Must be able to work well in a matrix environment
- Exhibits strong self-organizational skills and creativity
- Experience in technical writing
- Experience with FrameMaker, Photoshop and any kind of CMS system
- Experience with either production, installation, or technical support of semiconductor machinery or similar
- Familiar with design for serviceability, manufacturability, reliability, etc.
- Appreciates learning and understanding challenges and limitations within other disciplines
